Hey, my name is Rich. Thank you for coming over to my site. Stay a while, make your self at home.
This site's navigation is set up to resemble a bicycle tire. The index page is the hub of the tire and the navigation links are the spokes that lead to different parts of the wheel.
To get back to index page you either click on the index link... complicated, I know..... or you can simply click on the (x) located to your right. I like to take a different approach to things.
If you get a little pop-up blocker notification in your IE web browser, don't panic... I use meta tag transitions from one page to another for Internet explorer users. It's as harmless as can be and adds a little bit of flare.
I work full time for a local Cincinnati Ford dealer, and have been there for about six years now. I enjoy working with the people I work with, they have kinda been like family to me.
I also entertain part time as well. My specialty right now happens to be balloon twisting and stilt walking... yea, turning a balloon into a poodle type of thing. A term for what I do is called busking.
"Busking is the activity of making money from audiences on the street. The two elements of busking are that the audience has the choice of how much, if anything, to pay, and that it involves some form of entertainment (it isn't panhandling or vending)."
My "busking" experience began when I was waiting tables for a living. I had seen a magician performing for some customers in the restaurant that I was working at, and had noticed that after he was done entertaining the patrons, they, in turn were showering the magician with praise and money.
After picking up my $2 tip from the party of 8 that I was serving, I decided that "I to will learn how to entertain". Yes, I realize I just quoted myself. What were you expecting, good grammar. I wash cars by day and twist balloons by night if that tells you anything.
I soon started to learn how to twist a few simple balloon animals. I began giving these to the customers that I was serving who had children, and making a deal with the kids that if they were good for mom and dad, that I would make them any balloon souvignier they wanted.
Kids were good during the meal, mom and dad were happy, my tips increased dramatically...... yyyeeaaaahhh!!!!!!!
the rest is history. Now I'm twisting balloons, prancing around on stilts, bringing entertainment and joy to the lives of everyday people, getting all sorts of attention from the ladies, supplimenting my income, no more coming home smelling like tacos and scraping dried gucamole off of my shoes.... and you to could be doing all this for only three easy payments of...........
I decided to get into website development about a year ago and have'nt had a descent nights sleep since... all you programmers out there know what I'm taliking about. It began with simple HTML4.0 , a gateway language... then slowly progressed to CSS1. Before you know now it, your basic "Hello World" website is no longer satisfying. This in turn leads down a road of graphic manipulation programs, to which their is no end, and of course other more hard core programming languages. It never Stops... aaaahhhhh. oh, sorry about that, I get carried away sometimes.
Yup. a little less than 2 years ago I met a man by the name of Sal Piacente. Sal is a memory expert who utilizes his skills in the casino consulting industry. Sal taught me every thing I know about Mneumonics and memory training. I really struggled with memory training at first beacuse my mind was conditioned by the first 26 years of my life to act in a certain way... Sal changed all of that. One day, a light bulb clicked on in my head and things started to make sense. I hit the ground running with mneumonics and have'nt looked back since.... man do I wish I would have learned this sooner in life!!!
